I love Shoreditch. It used to be my go to place to hang out, club and wander around doing street photography before I had my little kiddo and settled in a family life. I frequently suggest to my couples to meet there for a cool Shoreditch engagement shoot. The area is filled with stunning street art and colourful walls that I incorporate in creating cool Shoreditch engagement photography. I particularly like the walk from Redchurch Street towards Bricklane. For our pre-wedding meeting, Leah and Malcolm met me at Spitalfields Market where we chatted about their plans for upcoming wedding in St. Donat’s Castle in Wales. After a chat, and a drink or two, we headed towards a a nearby street with a truly Victorian feel and further north for more of cool Shoreditch engagement photography.

Leah and Malcolm were a bit nervous about having their photos taken. And trust me, I hear this all the time. I know the feeling! If you have been following my blog you probably know that Raf (my partner) and I had a couple shoot last year ourselves. It was a great experience to know what our couples do feel on a shoot. Having an engagement shoot it is a great practice before the wedding day. I gently guide my couples to the poses and I do not expect anyone to know what to do. Sometimes being together it is all it is needed, and sometimes I ask my couples to do something silly or funny to break the ice. Check this cool Shoredtich engagement shoot pics we ended up with!
