Beth and Zac – congratulations again. It was an honour to be your Kent wedding photographers and welcome so warmly by your family and friends.
Beth and Zac’s colourful outdoor wedding is a proof that childhood sweetheart love does survive past high school! They have been together for nearly 8 years. Their wedding was truly incredible! It was totally DIY -d by the couple, their friends and families. Perfectly planned, coordinated and executed! From hand illustrated wedding invitations and signs by one of the bridesmaids to fresh flower wedding cake made by mother of the bride. This festival wedding is full of wedding inspiration!
Beth looked otherworldly. Her dress, designed by Stephanie Allin, was customised with Minna Bridal lace shrug by Beth’s mum Anita. Colourful flower crown and bouquet complimented the look. Did you see the orange wedding shoes? I am very fond of them! Zac looked super cool in a bottle green tweed jacket, brown waistcoat and burgundy denim trousers. Together with his groomsmen, they had matching buttonhole enamel pins.
There is not more original or unique woodland wedding setting than the site owned by Paul Osborne and Linda Steger outside of Deal, Kent. The site is a location for annual Smuggler’s Record festival and such a perfect place for a quirky wedding with old pianos, chesterfield sofas, vintage plaques but also a great canvas to make the site your own. Beth and Zac filled it with handmade pompoms, ribbons, fresh colourful flowers in painted tins, handwritten signs and little dinosaur figurines. You could also find an abundance of games! I particularly loved bananagrams (if you are also puzzled like I was it is like playing giant scrabbles and getting fit from running back and forth) and I even played a round.
I will leave you to look at the photos now and see how unique and colourful this wedding was for yourselves.
